简历介绍

陈吉平，男，博士，研究员、博士生导师、首席研究员。1988年获得中国科学院大连化学物理研究所分析化学硕士学位并入所工作；1997年获得中国科学院大连化学物理研究所分析化学博士学位，2004年在马普化学生态学研究所作高级访问学者；2003年至2024年10月任环境评价与分析研究组组长、辽宁省快速检测技术与痕量分析重点实验室主任，入选辽宁省“百千万人才工程”百层次、大连市首批领军人才、大连市优秀专家。

主要从事复杂环境样品的分离分析技术、POPs类污染物分析方法与环境监测设备研发，新型污染物的环境行为、风险评估、污染控制等方面的研究工作。承担多项863课题、国家自然科学基金重点/面上项目。在环境分析和生态毒理领域取得了一定的研究成果，主要包括：研制环境基质中高关注有机污染物采样、制样与检测设备；研发国际领先的短链氯化石蜡的高精准定量分析方法；构建了环境剂量污染物毒性效应和毒性作用机制的研究方法体系。

担任中国毒理学会分析毒理专业委员会委员，中国化学会环境化学分会委员，中国环境学会持久性有机污染物专业委员会委员，中国毒理学会环境与生态毒理学专业委员会委员，全国标准样品技术委员会环境标准样品分技术委员会委员。环境化学、生态毒理学报、JES等编委。在Environ.Sci.Technol.、Environ.Pollut、Biosensors & Bioelectronics、J.Chromatogr.A等杂志上发表论文270篇，其中SCI论文160篇，授权发明专利30余项。获辽宁省科技进步二等奖、大连市发明一等奖、环保部科技二等奖等。
