简历介绍

李先锋,男,汉族,1979年8月生。研究员,博士生导师,九三学社中央委员、辽宁省委常委,辽宁省政协委员、大连市政协副主席。现任中国科学院大连化学物理研究所副所长,储能技术研究部部长。

国家杰出青年科学基金及延续项目获得者、国家级科技创新领军人才,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。2006年于吉林大学获得博士学位,2006-2009年在比利时荷语鲁汶大学进行博士后研究,2009年加入大连化学物理研究所工作至今。

长期从事电化学储能技术特别是液流电池储能技术的基础研究和产业化开发工作。获包括两次国家技术发明二等奖(2025年,排名1;2015年,排名3),中国科学院科技促进发展奖(排名1)、辽宁省技术发明一等奖(排名1)、中国石化联合会技术发明一等奖和专利金奖(排名1)等科技奖励。在Nat. Energy., Nat. Sustain., J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,等杂志发表SCI论文300余篇,引用30000余次。获授权发明专利400余件,国际专利20余件,技术许可15件。担任Chinese Chemical Letters、Advanced Membranes、Renewables副主编,Sustainable Energy & Fuels (RSC)、储能科学与技术等杂志编委。担任国家能源行业液流电池标准化技术委员会主任委员,主导制定并发布了全球首项液流电池国际标准和30余项国家/行业标准。发起并成立了液流电池储能技术专业委员会,并担任首届主任委员。
