张未卿，男，博士，研究员。1982年出生，辽宁鞍山人。现任大连光学科学研究室执行主任。2004年中国科学技术大学化学物理系本科毕业，2010年中科院大连化学物理研究所物理化学专业博士毕业，博士论文被评为2011年度中国科学院优秀博士学位论文。2010.01-2012.09年在德国马普协会Fritz-Haber研究所（洪堡学者）从事博士后研究工作。2012年9月到中国科学院大连化学物理研究所工作。于2014年晋升为研究员。

　　研究工作主要是发展交叉分子束-离子速度成像方法和自由电子激光技术，应用于分子动力学研究。成功搭建了交叉分子束-离子速度成像仪，测量多原子分子基元反应的微分截面，从而获得反应动力学信息，帮助验证理论计算，进一步理解化学反应的本质，对于控制化学反应进程提供基础支持；参与建造德国Fritz-Haber研究所的红外自由电子激光器，利用高能电子在波荡器内周期性振荡产生红外激光，该激光广泛地被用在光谱等多方面研究中；参与大连极紫外相干光源项目，利用高增益高次谐波放大的方法产生极紫外自由电子激光，并应用在能源领域的基础科学研究。
