简历介绍

曹旭鹏，男，博士，研究员，博士生导师。2001年毕业于大连理工大学，获工学学士学位；2007年毕业于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所，获得生物化工专业博士学位。毕业后留所工作至今，2009年晋升为副研究员，2018年晋升为研究员。研究方向：以太阳能生物转化为背景，以微藻为主要研究对象，通过生物化工、化学和合成生物学技术的组合运用，探索微藻高效光合固碳的生物学机制并加以运用。先后承担国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、国家重点研发计划课题1项，辽宁省自然基金面上项目、大连市优秀青年基金、973子课题各1项，作为骨干研究人员参与欧盟第五框架协议项目、国家863、973课题、院国际合作项目、国家海洋局公益项目等多项，并作为联络人参与企业项目多项。先后在Bioresource technology等期刊发表论文94篇（其中SCI收录61篇，一作或通讯作者21(17)篇）；申请专利62项（含PCT1项，实用新型2项），授权32项（含实用新型2项）；起草并获颁布实施行业标准1项，辽宁省地方标准5项。获第十三届国际生物技术大学青年科学家奖，任中国科学院院级知识产权专员，中国植物生理与植物分子生物学学会能源植物专业委员会委员。培养硕士研究生3名，联合培养硕士研究生9名，作为辅助导师培养博士研究生7名。
