方翀,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2001年毕业于中国科学技术大学,获理学学士及工(双)学士学位;2006年毕业于美国宾夕法尼亚大学化学系,获得物理化学及生物物理专业博士学位。毕业后于2006-2007年师从美国宾夕法尼亚大学化学系Robin M. Hochstrasser讲席教授任博士后研究员,2007-2010年师从美国加利福尼亚大学伯克利分校化学系Richard A. Mathies讲席教授任博士后研究员。2010-2016年任美国俄勒冈州立大学化学系助理教授,2016年晋升为长聘副教授,2021年晋升为终身正教授,2023年晋升为Patricia Valian Reser科学讲席正教授。20267月归国任中国科学院大连化学物理研究所研究员并在化学反应动力学全国重点实验室创建“生物和功能分子动力学研究中心”(1130组群)。研究方向:(1)发展动态拉曼增强效应之飞秒受激拉曼光谱技术平台拍摄“分子电影”;(2解析生物医药及新能源材料中的光物理及化学反应动力学。在Nature, Nat. Sustain., Nat. Commun., PNAS, Annu. Rev. Phys. Chem., JACS, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Sci., Adv. Mater.,Electron等学术期刊上发表论文130余篇,20篇文章被选为封面文章担任Front. Phys.生物物理学栏目主编。
